Once your request has been submitted, an ‘approved’ or ‘declined’ status letter will be sent to your email. In the event that there is a chaperone/volunteer fee, your payment should be made with a Main Office desk rep ONLY, unless other wise communicated by the office rep or classroom teacher.
Once approved, if there’s space available, your chaperone/volunteer opportunity becomes “first come, first serve and/or “first pay, first serve.” No spaces will be held UNLESS you have a student that is required to have a mandatory chaperone.
